I think now that we have our iPads it is important to remember Digetal Citizenship because Digital Citizenship is appropriate use of iPads and responsible behavior when it comes to technology. No matter the device, Digital Citizenship is an important part of being responsible with electronics.

The Incentive room was not as fun as I thought. I picked open gym. In open gym you can play basketball or volleyball. I really wanted to play volleyball but Ms. Morton only wanted to take out two volleyballs. Instead, I sat down with my friend and did nothing. We only got 30 minutes and then we had to go to the MPR. We also did nothing there. But then finally, the day was over! We were out of school for two weeks!

Chicago History

There are many parts to Chicago History but one important event I will be focusing on is the Great Chicago Fire. The Great Chicago Fire was a fire that occurred October 8th, 1871 to October 10th, 1871. Sunday to Tuesday. Just by the dates you can already notice that the fire took a while to put out.  This fire in Chicago killed up to 300 people, destroyed 17,500 buildings, and destroyed 2,000 lampposts. This was roughly 3.3 square miles of Chicago that was destroyed. The fire also left 100,000 residents homeless. There are many different beliefs on how the fire started.
