New pet?

Hello! I am very excited because it is finally official that I'm going to get a cat!🐱I currently have one dog which is 6 years old. I love cats and dogs which is why I also want a cat. My dog is named Snuggle Bug but her nickname is Snuggles. She is a German Shepard mixed with a Chow. I would love to get a Domestic long hair cat but any breed is fine. Hope you have a nice day and are enjoying my blogs!

  1. Yay!! You'll have to share next week about what kind of cat and what you plan to name them. How do you think Snuggles is going to react to a new cat? Thank you for sharing your post.

Incentive

The Incentive room was not as fun as I thought. I picked open gym. In open gym you can play basketball or volleyball. I really wanted to play volleyball but Ms. Morton only wanted to take out two volleyballs. Instead, I sat down with my friend and did nothing. We only got 30 minutes and then we had to go to the MPR. We also did nothing there. But then finally, the day was over! We were out of school for two weeks!

Favorite Country

My favorite country would be France because the types of food, their different sights, and the capital of France. France has lots of bakeries which have baguettes, croissants, and macarons. The capital of France is Paris. Paris is very beautiful, One day I would love to visit France. https://wikitravel.org/en/France https://www.britannica.com/place/France

Chicago History

There are many parts to Chicago History but one important event I will be focusing on is the Great Chicago Fire. The Great Chicago Fire was a fire that occurred October 8th, 1871 to October 10th, 1871. Sunday to Tuesday. Just by the dates you can already notice that the fire took a while to put out.  This fire in Chicago killed up to 300 people, destroyed 17,500 buildings, and destroyed 2,000 lampposts. This was roughly 3.3 square miles of Chicago that was destroyed. The fire also left 100,000 residents homeless. There are many different beliefs on how the fire started.
